The visa was issued by Malaysian High Commission in Singapore and affixed to a Pakistani passport which permits the holder to travel to Malaysia for 14 days only for social visit.

Interesting the Malaysian immigration stampings were made on the reverse side of the page, as opposed to the norm of stamping on the opposite page where the visa was applied. The holder entered Malaysia through Johor Bahru on 11 October and left a week later on 17 October through the same immigration point.

The visa page was removed from the original passport.
