SERVICE PASSPORT
Service Passport is the official travel document issued to facilitate the travel of people who are employed by or acting on behalf of the government who travel internationally on official state business and related public affairs and are restricted to people in specific categories and roles. In a different country, it may be called Official Passport. This is based on guidelines agreed upon in the Vienna Convention.
Official Passports do not entitle their bearers to any special privileges or the diplomatic immunity provided by the host nation. These passports are issued specifically to people who need to travel, rather than to people who are being assigned or posted to a host nation. Diplomatic and Official passports, in themselves, do not confer on the holder any special privileges or rights. Individual countries may confer, at their discretion, certain rights to holders of Diplomatic and Official passports. Only accredited diplomats are eligible for diplomatic immunity.
Service Passports are issued government officials and non-officials when their passages are paid by the government as well as the accompanying dependants, when such members of their families also proceed out the expense of the government.

WATERMARK
CITIZENSHIP
The citizenship of Bosnia and Herzegovina was defined in the art. 1, para. 7 of the Constitution, providing that ‘there shall be a citizenship of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to be regulated by the Parliamentary Assembly, and a citizenship of each Entity, to be regulated by each Entity. The same paragraph gives a provision that echoes the former relationship between the federal and republican citizenships in the SFRY, stipulating that ‘all citizens of either Entity are thereby citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina’.
