In 1979, UK exchange controls were abolished, and the foreign exchange page was removed.
The passport was registered along with holder's son: Nicholas Benedetti (14 May 1970) as the information was striked off on 6 December 1984.
The nationality status was amended on the same date, from "British Subject : Citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies" to "The holder is a British citizen under the provisions of the British Nationality Acts, 1981."
