THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT —

Mr. Roy P. Duquemin

has stated to me that he (she) is a
British Subject, having been born at
Guernsey on
03/01/1921, and that I have
no reason to doubt his (her) statement.

     This Certificate is valid only for the journey to the Channel Islands
and must be surrendered to the Immigration Officer on arrival there.

     The bearer will be accompanied by ..................... children under
the age of 16.
